ORDERS

1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, installations, and services related to 3D LED Signage Boards (“Products”) provided by MR Ventures (“Seller”) to the customer (“Buyer”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

2. Quotation and Pricing
• All quotations are valid for 07 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs, taxes, or currency.
• The final price will be confirmed upon order acceptance.

3. Orders and Payments
• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order, with the balance payable upon completion or before dispatch.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Delivery and Installation
• Estimated delivery time is 2 weeks from the date of advance payment and artwork approval.
• Delivery and installation charges (if applicable) will be clearly stated in the quotation.
• Delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., supplier issues, weather, or transportation problems) will not hold the Seller liable.

5. Product Specifications
• All designs are based on customer-approved artwork. The Buyer must review and approve all designs before production.
• Minor color or size variations (within ±5%) may occur due to material and lighting differences.
• LED brightness, color temperature, and other performance aspects are subject to standard manufacturing tolerances.

6. Ownership and Risk
• Ownership of the product transfers to the Buyer upon full payment.
• Risk of damage or loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery or installation, whichever comes first.

7. Maintenance and Usage
• The product must be installed in compliance with safety standards and maintained as per the Seller’s guidelines.
• The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation (if done by third parties), misuse, water ingress, electrical fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Intellectual Property
• All design files, artwork, and branding concepts created by MR Ventures remain the intellectual property of the Seller unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability
• The Seller’s total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of the product shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
• Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Warranty Policy
Product: 3D/2D LED Signage Board
Warranty Period: 12 Months from the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.

1. Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, including:
• LED module defects (dead lights, color failure).
• Power supply failure due to manufacturing fault.
• Controller malfunction (if supplied by the Seller).

2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage due to misuse, accident, vandalism, negligence, or improper installation.
• Water damage caused by exposure to rain or humidity beyond IP-rated protection.
• Electrical damage caused by voltage fluctuations, short circuits, or incorrect power connections.
• Physical damage, scratches, or deformation after delivery.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties.

3. Claim Procedure
• Buyer must report defects in writing within 7 days of discovering the issue.
• The Buyer must provide proof of purchase, product serial number, and photos/videos of the issue.
• The Seller reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

4. Remedy
Depending on the nature of the defect, the Seller will:
• Repair the defective part, or
• Replace the defective part/component, or
• Offer an equivalent product if replacement parts are unavailable.
The decision on repair or replacement lies solely with the Seller.
Labor, transportation, and site visit costs may be chargeable after the first year of warranty.

5. Post-Warranty Service
After the warranty period, repair and maintenance services will be provided at standard service charges, subject to part availability.

6. Limitation
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not extend to damages resulting from conditions beyond the control of the Seller.
